Super User
Each plan includes the predefined role shown below. This is a default role and may be assigned to any user, but may not be edited or modified.
Super Users can do everything a User can, plus manage common admin settings like:
- Customizations (for example: statuses, custom fields, integration links, etc)
- Group phone numbers
- Team Smart Views
- Export lead or opportunity data to a CSV or JSON file.
- Bulk edit and bulk delete
- Send Bulk Email or manage Bulk Workflow Subscriptions.
- Modify/delete other users’ opportunities, activities and tasks.
- Modify/delete own opportunities, activities and tasks.
- Call, send SMS, and use the Dialer.
Super Users are a good fit for Sales Ops or team leads who need elevated permissions but should not have full org admin access.
