Clearing the Configuration File

Clearing configuration file

Mac

  1. In the Close Application Menu open Develop > Open Config/Log folder

  2. Quit the Close app

  3. Copy the config.json file over to your Desktop so you can send it over to support@close.com for debugging

  4. Delete the config.json file from this Close folder

  5. Re-open your Close app

Windows

  1. In the Close Application Menu open Develop > Open Config/Log folder

  5. Re-open your Close app
