Chloe is your built-in AI sales teammate. She makes and receives calls, runs qualification and discovery, and logs everything directly in Close so your team can focus on closing.
Chloe is native to Close, with full access to your leads, contacts, conversation history, and details of your business.
What Chloe does
Chloe works over voice. Her primary job is Lead Engagement - engaging leads instantly through outbound and inbound calls, running structured conversations, and keeping your sales pipeline moving.
During and after a call, Chloe handles:
Inbound and outbound calling – Chloe answers inbound calls and initiates outbound calls based on how you configure her Jobs.
Structured discovery – Chloe conducts real conversations using the instructions and context you give her.
Automatic logging – Transcripts, call summaries, and key details are written back to the lead record in Close automatically after every call.
Outcome tracking – After each call, Chloe applies an Outcome based on your Agent's Playbook so your team always knows what happened and what comes next.
Chloe is configured through Agents. An Agent defines the role Chloe plays – for example, inbound qualification or outbound prospecting – along with the instructions she follows and the leads she contacts.
What Chloe is not
Chloe is not a replacement for your reps. She handles high-volume, repeatable work, such as first touch, qualification, and discovery, so teammates can focus on closing.
Chloe is not a chatbot. She handles real voice calls. Voice is her only channel at this time.
Chloe is not an integration. She is built into Close. There is no third-party connection to configure.
Credits and pricing
Chloe voice calls use AI credits. Each plan includes a monthly credit allocation. Additional credits can be purchased when needed.
Chloe is free during the open beta. Credit-based pricing is planned to take effect after the beta period ends.
