Chloe

Chloe is Close's built-in AI sales teammate. She makes outbound calls, qualifies leads, and answers questions about your leads and pipeline.

Chloe is native to Close, with full access to your leads, contacts, conversation history, and business context. No third-party integration required.

What Chloe does

Voice Agents — Chloe calls your leads, runs real conversations, and logs outcomes, summaries, and transcripts back to the lead record automatically. See Voice Agent Setup to get started.

Chloe Chat — Your AI assistant inside Close. Ask about your leads, pull pipeline summaries, and take actions. See Chloe Chat.


What Chloe isn't

  • Not a replacement for your reps — Chloe handles outbound calls and qualification. Relationship management and complex deal cycles still need a human.

  • Not a text or SMS tool — Voice Agents make calls. The Send Scheduling Link skill can trigger an SMS or email after a call, but Chloe does not send messages independently.

  • Not a third-party integration — Chloe is fully native to Close.


Credits and pricing

Voice Agents use both AI credits (for AI processing) and telephony charges (per-minute rates, the same as calls made by your human reps). See AI Credits and Calling and SMS Usage for details.

Chloe Chat is currently in beta and free to use.


Known limitations

The following limitations apply to Voice Agents:

  • Outbound only — Chloe places outbound calls only at this time

  • English only — no other languages are supported

  • US and Canadian phone numbers only — calls to numbers outside these countries will error and will not connect
