Restricted User
Each plan includes the predefined role below. The Restricted User role is a default role and may be assigned to any user. However, it may not be edited or modified.
Restricted Users do not have access to many Close features.
Restricted Users can use Close for core work, including managing their own records and communication. They can also delete their own opportunities, tasks, and activities.
Restricted Users cannot do higher-risk or admin-style actions like:
- Bulk importing, bulk emailing, exporting, merging leads, or deleting leads
- Managing organization settings, roles, or customizations
The Restricted User role can:
- Modify/delete own opportunities, activities, and tasks
- Call, send SMS, and use the Dialer
