        Clearing the Configuration File

            Clearing configuration file

            Mac

            1. Make sure your Close app is closed
            2. Open Finder
            3. Go to your user folder (click Go > Home at the top menu bar)
            4. Press Command + Shift + . (dot) to display the hidden files
            5. Go to Library > Application Support > Close
            6. Copy the config.json file over to your Desktop so you can send it over to support@close.com for debugging

            7. Delete the config.json file from this Close folder
            8. Re-open your Close app

            Windows

            1. Make sure your Close app is closed
            2. Open File Explorer
            3. Click on View > Show > Hidden items

            4. Go to This PC > Local Disk (C:) > Users > your user name > AppData > Roaming > Close.io

            5. Copy the config.json file over to your Desktop so you can send it over to support@close.com for debugging
            6. Delete the config.json file from this Close.io folder
            7. Re-open your Close app
