# User role

## User

Each plan includes the predefined role shown below. This is a default role and may be assigned to any user, but may not be edited or modified.

Users can do everything Restricted Users can, plus additional bulk and lead-management actions, including:

- Bulk import
- Bulk email
- Delete leads
- Merge leads
- Manage or delete other users’ opportunities, tasks, and activities (where enabled by the role)
- Call, send SMS, and use the Dialer.

Users **cannot** manage organization-level settings like customizations or role management.
