Single Sign-On (SSO) with Google
Google Single Sign-On allows you to sign in seamlessly with your Google account, eliminating the hassle of remembering another password. It enhances security and streamlines the task of managing user access within your organization.
Instead of using a regular email/password combination you can sign up and log in Close using Sign Up with Google / Log in with Google.
Regardless of the way you'll sign up/log into Close, make sure to enable 2FA on your account.
At the moment we don't support other SSO providers such as Auth0 or Okta.
Set up password login alongside SSO
If you set up your account to use SSO, you can set up a email/password login combination by going to your Settings > Account > Set Password...
You'll need to provide your email address to get the new password link:
Once set, you can log in using either SSO or email/password combination, and, optionally, change your email altogether.
Email used for your Close login has nothing to do with your email syncing accounts which are defined under your Settings > Accounts & Apps.
