# Reset your password

## Password reset

1. Click this link to open your password reset page: [https://app.close.com/forgot/](https://app.close.com/forgot)
2. If prompted, you will need to select "Web Version" to open the page in your browser.
3. A prompt similar to the one below will appear. Enter the email address associated with your Close account.
4. Click **Reset Password**	  and a password reset link will be sent to the email address within a few minutes.
5. Use the link provided in the email to create a new password for your Close account.
