        Although you cannot subscribe a Contact to the same Workflow twice, you can duplicate an existingWorkflow easily in Close.

        Duplicate a Workflow

        You can duplicate a Workflow on the Workflow page. Click on the drop-down menu next to the Workflow name and select Duplicate.

         Or, within the edit Workflow page by selecting the Duplicate this Workflow icon in the top-right corner.


        Email templates (steps) are not duplicated

        When you duplicate a Workflow with email steps, the new Workflow will still refer to the original email templates (listed as steps).

        That means if you duplicate a Workflow and edit the email template in a new Workflow, changes will be reflected in the old/original Workflow as well. If this is not what you intended - make sure to duplicate the email templates and select the updated email templates in each Workflow.

        Delete a Workflow

        You can delete a Workflow directly in the Workflows menu. Click on the drop-down menu next to the Work name and select Delete:



        Or, within the edit Workflow page by selecting, 'Delete this Workflow' in the top-right corner.
